Customization Process
To ensure efficient and smooth collaborations on natural stone and jewelry customization, and to guarantee product quality and timely delivery, we have established a standardized customization process that is fully transparent and traceable. Clients can track their order progress at any time. The specific process is as follows:
Step 1: Request Communication (1-2 business days)
Clients contact our foreign trade specialists via email or instant messaging tools (WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.) to clarify the following core requirements, which we will record and confirm:
- Product category and specific style (images, samples, or detailed descriptions can be provided);
- Customization requirements: material, size, shape, setting technique, design, logo/engraving, packaging requirements;
- Order quantity, delivery time, and delivery address;
Step 2: Quotation and Order Confirmation (1 business day)
- Based on the client's customization requirements, material grade, order quantity, and delivery cycle, we provide a detailed quotation (including cost, design fee, sampling fee, production fee, packaging fee, logistics fee, etc.). The quotation is valid for 7 business days.
- After the client confirms the quotation, the payment process will begin.
- After the customer pays for the goods, we initiate the selection and sampling process.
Step 3: Sampling and Confirmation (5-10 working days, adjusted according to product complexity)
- Our material selection team selects materials that meet our standards based on the customer's requirements. After confirming the design scheme according to the customer's design requirements, we begin sample production to ensure the sample matches the customization requirements.
- After the sample is completed, we will take high-resolution photos and videos of the sample and send them to the customer for confirmation. If the customer requires a physical sample, we will use shockproof and moisture-proof packaging and arrange international express delivery (shipping costs paid by the customer) to send it to the customer's designated address.
- After receiving the sample, the customer can provide feedback on material replacement, style modification, and process adjustment. We will make modifications for a fee until the customer confirms the sample is acceptable.
- After sample confirmation, we will begin mass production.
Step 4: Mass Production (10-45 working days, depending on order quantity)
- After sample confirmation, we begin mass production, strictly adhering to the sample standards and controlling material quality and inlay precision throughout the process.
- During production, we will regularly send production progress reports to our clients, allowing them to stay informed about the production status. If any material quality issues or workmanship problems arise, we will communicate with the client immediately to resolve them.
- After production is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of all products, including quality, inlay firmness, and surface smoothness. Substandard products will be screened out to ensure product quality meets standards. After passing inspection, the products will be packaged in high-end shockproof and moisture-proof packaging and prepared for shipment.
Step 5: Shipment (3-4 business days)
- Once the client confirms production completion and product quality, we will immediately arrange logistics.
- Based on the client's needs, we will select the appropriate logistics method (sea freight, air freight, express delivery), using shockproof packaging and providing a tracking number. Clients can track the logistics progress at any time. We will monitor the logistics throughout the process to ensure smooth customs clearance and safe delivery.
Step 6: After-sales Follow-up (Long-term)
- After delivery, we will proactively follow up with the client regarding receipt and product feedback. If any defects or quality issues (excluding human-caused damage) occur, we will provide timely solutions.
- For long-term clients, we will provide dedicated support services to help them expand into overseas natural stone and jewelry markets, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
III. Cooperation Notes
- Sampling Fee: The sampling fee for natural stone jewelry samples is charged based on the grade of the natural stone and the complexity of the craftsmanship. After a bulk order is completed, the sampling fee can be deducted from the purchase price (specific details are negotiable).
- Minimum Order Quantity: Small-batch customization is supported. The minimum order quantity is negotiable based on product category and material. The larger the quantity of the bulk order, the more favorable the unit price.
- Delivery Time: The delivery time for regular orders is 10-45 working days. For expedited orders, the delivery time can be shortened through negotiation (expedited fees apply). The natural stone selection period will be adjusted appropriately based on the scarcity of the material.
- Compliance Statement: Clients must provide clear customization requirements and relevant compliance standards. Losses incurred due to client requirements not meeting the jewelry compliance requirements of the target region will be borne by the client. Natural stone is a natural material; slight variations in texture are normal and not considered quality issues.
